The capture scanner itself is calibrated by LMI during production.  There is no way to calibrate the scanner itself, but if the user is having alignment issues with the Turntable and Capture there is a solution.

If the Capture or Turntable is moved, it may break the registration between the two.  You can do another Device Registration.
